Our all-inclusive vacations include the following:

Accommodations in comfortable, air-conditioned double-occupancy rooms with private bathrooms. Many rooms have views, balconies, or other special features. Reserve early for the best selection.
All meals every day in your choice of restaurants. Meals on tours are provided as indicated. Some optional premium restaurants may have a supplementary charge.
At our Club Atlantis resorts, all domestic brand cocktails, specialty drinks, and soft drinks are included from 10am to 2am.
Most sports from sunrise to sunset including equipment and instruction for any skill level.
Organized activities, including games, contests, shows, and more.
Nightly entertainment featuring entertainers from all over the world, including the gay community’s finest talent, local performers, our Atlantis team, and occasionally even you.
Parties day and night featuring music from international DJs. Our outdoor T-dances, classics parties, and theme parties are events in themselves.
Exciting special events, surprises scheduled throughout the week.

Room Choice

We recommend reserving early to get the best selection. All cruise staterooms are assigned at the time of booking. Resort rooms are assigned in order of reservation. We will make every effort to honor special requests, subject to availability and prior requests.

Transportation

We use our group buying power to offer discounted air travel on scheduled and charter flights from most cities in the United States.
Our fares are usually lower than those offered on the internet, so please inquire when reserving.
Continental Airlines is the official airline of Atlantis, offering you outstanding fares to most of our vacations. Visit our website for the most up-to-date fares and special offers.

Traveling Alone?

Almost half of our guests travel on their own. We make it easy and affordable with two different options.

Roommate Match

If you would like to share a room, we will find a roommate for you for no additional charge. We assign roommates on the basis of smoking preferences prior to departure. Share rooms are only available in the categories listed on each program and are subject to availability.

Single Rooms

If you would like one of our resort rooms all to yourself, there is a single supplement payable when you reserve. Availability of single rooms is limited. Cruise staterooms are subject to a 100% surcharge.

When To Reserve

Reserving early guarantees you the best room selection and choice of air arrangements. We do accept reservations until departure, subject to availability. Please remember that many of our vacations sell out very early, sometimes months in advance.

If paying by credit card, secondary deposits and final payment will be charged to the same card as the initial deposit unless Atlantis is notified in writing at least 7 days prior to the payment due date.
Atlantis accepts checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Only credit cards belonging to the traveler or additional person occupying the same room as traveler will be accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation or rebook to a different trip, refunds of the total package price will be subject to a cancellation charge according to the following schedule:

Travel and cancellation insurance is strongly suggested to protect your travel investment. Travel Insurance

We offer and strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation investment. Most policies offer a waiver of all pre-existing medical conditions, and cover most unexpected occurrences. Travel / Cancellation Insurance.

Atlantis vacation packages may be transferred in writing to another guest for a $150 service fee, although no transfers can be accepted within seven days of departure. Airline tickets are usually not transferable due to the rules and restrictions of each carrier.

Travel Documents

Proof of citizenship is required for all trips to Mexico and the Caribbean. A valid passport is preferred, but a valid photo ID plus either a certified birth certificate or notarized affidavit of citizenship is acceptable for U.S. and Canadian citizens. Citizens of other countries require a passport and may require a visa.

A valid passport may be required for travel to all other countries. All documentation is your responsibility so please make sure that everything is in order well before your departure.

Your travel documents will be shipped to you or your travel agent approximately two weeks prior to departure. Delivery of documents with non-electronic airline tickets may require a signature for your protection.
